The advent of the COVID-19 pandemic in the first quarter of 2020 has presented its share of challenges to the real estate industry.  Given the long timelines involved in project fruition, some predictive insights will be needed for the industry to develop future projects that will live on in the post-pandemic world.  This research study seeks to provide thoughts and a clear perspective from industry leaders on what real estate could look like in the next few years.
