Learn more about how we work with surveyors, engineers, and architects to support their Point Cloud to BIM initiatives. We work with leaders in the AEC space, supporting their point cloud to BIM work through process improvement, conversion, and automation.

POINT CLOUD TO BIM CONVERSION EXPERIENCE

On any existing conditions project, we understand the need for good data and reliable as-builts.  By converting a laser scan model into a BIM model, we can achieve an accurate base layer for design and coordination. Utilizing the data from a 3D laser scan, our team utilizes automation tools and process optimization to deliver scan to BIM projects efficiently. Our group has deep experience in converting point clouds to BIM and brings this expertise into your project. Whether you need it to coordinate the existing structure or create a topographic map, we can help.

The foundational goal that every consultant works toward here at VIATechnik is finding efficient and effective solutions for our clients. We are passionate about delivering amazing work to each client, and that can be seen from our portfolio of completed projects. Our breadth of experience stretches across industries including healthcare, water treatment plants, real estate, retail, renovations, and large-scale infrastructure.
